This track is the introduction to the Song
Whiskey For The Boys. The CD was conceived when Conal Mc Cartney and Noel Mc Master decided to write some songs to commemorate the
sinking of the Titanic. The songs are intended to portray the difficult working conditions in the Shipyard at the time the ship was built and is a tribute to the Workers and the People who lost their lives when she sank. The songs takes us from the start of the ship being built to the present day.
Each of the 8 songs are introduced by a narrative about the history of Harland & Wolff, The Titanic and The Workforce.The audio introduction to each song is courtesy of Author and Titanic Historian Stephen Cameron Chairman of The Belfast Titanic Society.
