I went to a charity event here on the 21 April 2012. Three course meal and enterainment was on the menu. From I entered into the building till I went home me and my friends had a wonderful time. The staff were well trained on greeting people and pointing out the unsupported escalator and the light marking outside the represented the size of titanic & her sister ship RMS Olympic. All round a fantastic place to be.

We visited the Centre today (Good Friday) and included in our party was my wheelchair bound wife for whom I had forgotten to bring the chair cushion. Your Managing Director, Tim Husband and other staff left no stone unturned until they has managed to find a cushion which they fetched from The Merchant Hotel a mile away. The exhibition wa itself quite brilliant and was greatly enhanced by the friendly welcome and professional attitude displayed by every member of staff we had occasion to meet. Mr Husband and his team should feel proud of their efforts since locals such as ourselves will have no hesitation in bringing other overseas visitors to this very impressive monument to our industrial past. Thank you for a great experience.
