Titanic Places- Titanic Places of Interest

Titanic spent a week at Southampton docks where she was loaded with the coal she would need to complete her journery to New York and the provisions to feed passengers and crew.  The Southampton Maritime Museum has exhibits including audio from some of Titanic’s crew.

In the park to the right of the street named Above Bar is a memorial to the engineers who perished on board Titanic.  There is another memorial to the stewards which has been relocated to within Holy rood Church, beside the Bar Gate.
