Titanic's Dock and Pump-House is a scheduled monument which includes the dry dock and sliding caisson gate where Titanic was fitted out and the listed Edwardian style Pump-House. The dry dock is effectively Titanic’s foot-print in history
A Visitor Centre & Café is accommodated in part of the Pump-House and the balance largely remains as it was at the time of Titanic’s construction with the original pump-well contains much of the original pumping equipment.

Tours of the Pump House are available all year round and include an interactive audio visual display. The tour guide will give visitors an in-depth understanding of the story of the dock, having special access inside the Pump-House to meet the ‘Apprentice’, and will walk along the full length of the dock to truly capture the size and scale of the Titanic, where they can also view the caisson gate.

Private tours can also be arranged. Please contact
